Boana Torre-Malibu 2010/2011 Price Summary

• *** Summer promotion *** , Pay 2 nights and get 1 night free, for all new reservations made: From now July 15 th to September 30th 2010
  
  The promotion is based on our current 2010 price list. Reservations - stay from now until september 27th 2010, and full payment is required. Reserve now!
  
  Please note: 1) Does not apply with other promotions (or can not be mixed with other promotions) . 2) full payment required . 3) Promotion is due to pool work which will be out of order until September 15th

• Doin it Right Travel - Vicki Skinner is no longer booking Boana Torre Malibu, all reservations need to be done directly with Boana Torre Malibu  (Make Reservations NOW)

• Rates:
  Room rates listed above are in US dollars, per night, per room, and for 1-2 people. 

• Taxes:
  Add 18% taxes to all prices.

• Additional persons in room:
  Each room charge includes two persons. For additional persons in high season and Thanksgiving add $15 usd per person per night, plus taxes of 18%. Add $10 usd per person, plus taxes during summer season. During New Year's Holiday and Semana Santa add $30 usd per person.

• Casa Benito A/C
  Casa Benito Room  # 1 and room # 2 have A/C available but it is not included in the price.  There is a charge of $10 additional per day if you want to use it.

• Deposits:
  A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, direct cash deposit into our bank in CANADA or MEXICO.  We also can receive your payment using Paypal.  Wire transfers can be used as well. (add $10. fees).  Balance shall  be paid in full upon arrival date.  Cash or travelers checks only accepted. 

• Minimum stay requirements during these times:

  • 5 night min: November 22 to November 30

  • 7 night min: December 22 to January 4

  • 5 night min: April 17 to April 24 (Semana Santa 2011)

• Cancellation Penalties
  60 days (or more) notice:     1 night
  30-59 day notice:                 3 nights
  0-29 day notice:                   Full Deposit
  
  New Years and Easter Holiday there is no refund of deposits and payments.
  
  Monthly stays are not refundable.
